Bomber began with a vision. A vision Ralph Wham had for a fishing lure that could dive deep and be fished quickly through the thick wood cover of emerging Texas reservoirs. The vision came to life when Mr. Wham carved the first Bomber crankbait out of cedar in 1944. Bomber went into full production in 1947 in Gainsville Texas and has been delivering fish catching designs for more than seventy years. Maker's of the Fat Free Shad, Model A, Long A and many other lures that have produced many memories of fish of a lifetime catches and historical tournament wins.
